forced myself to make sure i hit the gym for the first time in a week in what felt like forever. obviously i didnt last long in turning tricks. my instructor even yelled out - "dying!"

getting a real sweat on again
so more recently ive been complaining that my workouts are finally plateauing and i need to step it up. Tried out Chisel today. holy crap. i kept staring at the clock and it felt like only 5 minutes passed after a million reps of hand weights. it was nice to get other muscles moving though.

was trying to be ambitious about the double class back to back, but then again, never mind...
been a while since hitting up pole and am excited now to feel comfortable going to the advanced level classes. mastered the rockstar spin today in one try! yes! and i did a handstand by myself, yes!

BEEN GYM MIA FOR A WEEK FOCUSING ON THE JOB HUNT..WHICH TRULY HAS MADE ME SAD I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO WORKING OUT. KNOCKED OUT A COUPLE IN ONE THOUGH..100 CRUNCHES, GROUP CLASS, AND STRAIGHT UP CARDIO!

I had some ambition to leave my guy's apartment and go straight to the gym for the cardio sculpt class but then I realized I could barely make it up the steps at the Broadway/Lafayette subway stop.

no poles up at park slope...but then the warm up was a little more challenging. and some serious floor rolls and such. lots of shoulder stuff.

budgeting, or rather documenting your spending is a fascinating habit - I started it before I started college 8 years ago and can't imagine not doing it...it's really bizarre to look at where your money goes and how much of it! im not one to make benchmarks of how much i can or cannot spend, but recording it is a good way to look at one week and realize, oh crap, need to cut back on those unecessary snacks!
