Shift and Lift
I am trying to go to some different classes besides just boot camp. Last night, shift and lift fit into my schedule. It was half an hour of spinning and half an hour of toning. I will definitely be going again...after I get a gel pad for the spinning seat. My butt still hasn't recovered!! I would love to go again though.

Boot camp for time #3!!!
Kattie's back in town and kickin us into shape! My legs HURT! We worked on the step today and did more free weights. Next time I should count how many times we kick and how many times we do squats. Wowza....bring it, chick.

Tae Bo
I purchased a new Tae Bo vid at Target. I used to love it in college. This was called "Get Amped". I didn't find myself as challenged by the basic version one I used to do. It was an hour long, got my blood moving, and got some sweat going....but I didn't feel as tired after this one as the first one. Hmm...maybe put that one back on the shelf.

Boot Camp - Day 2
2nd time in Kattie's boot camp class. Last time we did lots of kicks, free weights, and the band. This time we did so many versions of kicks, jumps, weights and mat exercises. I love that she changes it up. She's a challenge!

I JOINED A GYM!
Up until now, I have always just used the gym at my apartment complex to cut out some $$. However, because I am a teacher, I am also a good student. I truly miss being involved in classes. After some coaxing from some other teachers and finding out that our local gym is only $20 a month for all inclusive gym and class time for teachers...I am IN!!

Another Eliptical day
I decided to go with the eliptical for another 3.5 miles today before attending a bridal show with the beautiful Beth Clayton. I can't wait to be a part of her special day! It will be wonderful! :)

Eliptical...oh so nice on the knees
Eliptical today for 3.5 miles. It is hard to believe you really go that far in my mind. However, that's what the computer said. I enjoy my time on the eliptical. It's just so much easier on the joints! Off to the rodeo that night....that was fun!

Powerwalk for 2.5 miles. Three days in a row though...that's good after teaching for 8 hours and being on my feet the entire time!

I definitely just walked 2 miles this day. The first graders are wearing me out! I am serious...I can't let this year be the end of me! Keep pushing through! This group will be gone soon...make a difference!
