[not so] exciting title.
i feel weird doing this every time i work out. to be honest, my work outs are quite boring. sorry if my need for the little work out counter to multiply fills up your inbox...all because i went for a 3 mile walk. i could beef it up by discussing how stupid it was do this outside in the midst of an allergy attack, but i will refrain. happy monday night to you & happy work out #2 to me!

running scared.
literally. went for a run in chi-town friday morning while everyone else was at work. took the keys & my ipod and put them in the pockets of my big aa hoodie and hit the road. got a little lost (as usual) and was super relieved to finally find myself back where i started...until i realized the keys were not in my pocket anymore. no phone. locked out. no one coming home for 6 more hours.
