Day 1 - Ready to move
I have to thank my comrade in all ways, AllNatural99 (Denise), for me posting/being here/re-energizing.
I have successfully lost 26 lbs. I have successfully found 6 of those pounds again. While I refuse to obsess, my scale was a silent reminder that I'd better get moving and motivated.
