ive actually been doing something similar for about a year now: rolled oats, water, whey (sometimes), ground flax, and blueberries.
i get enough chocolate during the day, so i skip it at breakfast. and, once blueberries are out of season, i'll switch over to raisins. i eat bananas as snacks throughout the day, so thats why i skip out there as well.
in any case, its good to see that what ive been eating is considered a "super" breakfast. i read a book called The Abs Diet, which had similar recommendations. you get a pretty good mix of nutrients, so you can't really go wrong!
