every kick counts
I went to a boot camp todat and it was hard. We worked on the abs alot as well as doing camel back kicks while on all fours. That move really works out the butt muscles. i was only able to do half of them . It was alot of fun.

I went to boot camp class it was empty because of the rain. So we used the balance ball to increase leg strenght. there was a lot of abdomonal working out today as well as weight lifting.

I went to yoga today. I started out streching by myself 10 minutes before class because I felt really wound up from the boot camp class the day before. I had the same instructor today as last week. we worked on alot of breathingto day . The instructor spent some time teaching me some diffrent poses from other participants to help me strech out my lats.

I went to an early morning spin class (6:!5). I was tired to begin with from working all night but i gave it my all. half way throughmy muscles were crying . I really felt like i was climbing a mountian. The resistance was 1 turn away from max. but it was worth it.

I took a strength class after yoga. There was a lot of lifting weights and isolation. After the class i really felt it in my abs and lower legs.

I decided to tdo an early morning yoga class on a saturday. I was trying to focus on the busy week ahead. We were mostly working on breathing excersizes that heated up your entire body. But after that was the real fun. we were doing chair poses and planks using the center of the body for strengh.

I attended a boot camp class, there was this one excerscize move that was trickey and painful. You sat on the end of the stepper and leaned back while exstending your legs then you pull your legs to your chest. We had to do a set of 20 then 25 then 30. Well i was going to quit but the instructor came over and pushed me through the last set. I thought i was going to die but i made it :)

This one was great I went to the farmers market on a wenesday morning, and picked up squash, apples, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, beets, pears,and a loaf of bread. These items turned into a great lunch and dinner.

I do this pose every day to help wake me up instead of coffee before work.
