The world's tiniest piece of focaccia bread (Really. My ancestors are silently screaming in their graves with disappointment)

Yoga at 11pm is Still Yoga
Managed to get in some workout time even though it was way late after class/freelancing work was finished. As a result, I feel AWESOME (and ready for bed).
My getting-back-into-it Workout #1: Hatha Yoga with Patricia Walden, 1 hr.
My ham strings are tightttttt.

Leftover (brown bagged day 1!) dinner from last night. Quinoa with garbanzo beans, zucchini, peppers, w/olive oil-scallion puree

About a cup of red grapes

Hi everyone! Charlotte here, with my first ever SW post. I signed up yesterday when myself and also newbie AML1234 stumbled upon SW, and found this challenge. Thankfully we found it, because I'm pretty sure I need it.
Workout
