i tried....
I gave in to the caffeine monster on Thursday. I had an extremely important meeting that moring and just couldn't risk not being my chipper self. I went caffeine-less yesterday and so far today. I'm really motivated to make it through to next Friday without indulging so I can complete a feat. Wish me luck and send any all natural headache cures that you have in your arse

I have the joy of a double whammy - cold symptoms and caffeine withdrawl. I know it will be worth it in the end, right?

The day has come. I have gone cold turkey. I enjoyed my last hoorah with caffeine this weekend and it was delightful So far today, it's not that bad. I just feel slow. No headache....yet. On the upside, I have had some caffeine free green tea and am drinking more water.
