Get your athlete on
Tuesdays have become something to look forward to. It's probably the worst day of the work week, as it lacks the fresh start appeal of Monday and comes before the Wednesday hump which coasts into the weekend. However, on Tuesdays I get to look forward to bringing out my inner athlete at Courtney's Sports Circuit Class.

Back in the groove
Finally got back to the gym after the Thanskgiving break....for some reason the treadmill is feeling a bit more difficult than usual. I was only able to do 3 miles before the shins started to hurt, which was really frustrating so I finished another 20 minutes on the cross trainer. Maybe signing up for the 10K this weekend wasn't such a good idea after all....
