Very annoyed at a work colleague that stood me up for a phone meeting, causing this workout to be delayed by 2 hours!

Flog Day #6 (10/10)
Breakfast: english muffin with peanut butter, coffee with soy creamer and sugar
Lunch: leftover fish, rice, and spinach, homemade Red Velvet cupcake
Dinner: leftover homemade enchiladas, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
Snack: small movie theatre popcorn with butter, less than half of a small soda
Flog Day #5 (10/9)
Breakfast: English muffin with peanut butter, glass of milk
Lunch: cafeteria turkey sandwich on roll with provolone, mayo, tomato, lettuce and roasted red pepper; fruit salad
Dinner: Mexican! Way too many tortilla chips with salsa and guac, chicken enchiladas (not as good as homemade, but at least easy on the cheese), half portions of refried beans and rice, margarita on the rocks

Lunch: corn and green chili bisque, corn muffin at the cafeteria at work

Breakfast: whole wheat English muffin with peanut butter, glass of skim milk
Lunch: 2 slices of W's delicious homemade pizza: tomato sauce, prosciutto, red peppers, caramelized onions and a (very small) smidge of cheese. Can count on my lactose-intolerant BF to make pizza a lot healthier.

25 minutes "ArcTrainer" -- souped up elliptical, as far as I can see
Lower body weight circuit -- those squats were killer! But damn, did I look strong holding the bar.
