Social Workout

Terri is the best! After having my second child and gaining 50 lbs, I went to Terri.  She not only helped me lose all the weight but back then, she would have trainers watch my kids so that I could work out! Thirteen years later, I still hear Terri in my head promoting perfect balance of working out and eating in a healthy way!
