Workout
4 Miles and arms
4 miles of intervals in the treadmill. Then hit up some weights and worked out my arms. I also did Yoga this morning. Almost forgot. hot vinyasa flow at yoga to the people.
Workout
Kicking it with Interval
So I'm starting to get behind the interval suggestion. Today I did 6 miles of intervals, and it felt awesome. It went like this
2 minutes at 6.2
2 minutes at 7.0
then after every 10 minutes of switching back and forth I would walk 2 minutes at 3.8. If felt really good, and I def pushed myself.
Workout
Treadmill loves me
I was going to try for my long run today. 5 or 6 miles. BUt i struggled to 4. It's okay. I've been to hard on myself and I can feel the difference in my body. Long work shifts and training have been tough. Tomorrow I'm not working so I'm going to have a day of fun. yoga, some weight training, maybe some group fitness. Little run.
Workout
Feeling better
SO I got on the treadmill and did some interval training for 35 minutes. I was sweating and it felt really good. I took 2 days off in a row, and I am so glad that I did. I was so drained. I didn't realize how miserable I was until I got some rest. SO now I feel like I'm back on track.
Workout
Intervals
SO after telling a friend about how I've been working pretty hard the past 5 weeks and haven't dropped a pound, she suggested interval training. I've done it before and know it well so I'm adding that into my workout as well. Thats actually what I did today. 30 minutes of interval training on the eliptical at level 10.
Workout
YO-GA YO-GA
God I love Yoga. Hit up the gym first for some strength training. Light weights on arms and legs and abs. Then hit up hot vinyasa yoga on 38th Street. Really good class. Feeling worked out!
