vonhottie...a perverted mind, if I may! Oliver, I lost 20kg with lebootcamp. If you've ever lost any weight you'll know that certain rules are just standard, so obviously other clients might be getting similar advice to you, but why the heck does that bother you? You can personalize your program as much as you want - just use the "My Questions" feature and chat to your coach all day.
