Central park
I took advantage of the wonderful weather and walked 15 mins to central park, rollerbladed for 40 mins, and then walked back home for 15mins. And it felt terrible and wonderful all at the same time.

There are hills in Central Park?!?!
I decided that it would be an amazingly beautiful day to rollerblade the 6 mile path of central park. Little did I know that once you hit the north end of it, there are what looks like little hills, but on rollerblades, a deceptively steady incline. What a way to remind yourself that you are really out of shape! It was still fun though.

Slip and Slide Yoga
Went to Level 2 Vinyasa Flow yoga class with an insane amount of people and I was sweating like I was getting paid for it. I was slipping all over my mat!! But it was fun.

Much better class today - Vinyasa Level 2/3 with some meditation at the end. I was slidding all over my mat. I need to wash my yogitoes so I don't break something soon! Yesterday was a bad day - emotional eating, which is never good for anyone and no working out. But today was a much better day! Went to an amazing yoga class and drank a delicious peanut butter banana and honey smoothie!

Day 1 - Yoga and.....
Day 1 - the first day of anything is always exciting, you are very enthused about it...now lets see if this can really last 31 days. I went to an hour and 15min yoga class this afternoon, that I was wish was a little more vigorous, but it was a level 1/2, so what can I expect? 19 more to go!!!

Hi Erikka - I actually just joined YogaWorks and I love the studip. I know they have a few in the city and I'm interested in which one you go to. I go to the UES studio and I find they have such a variety of classes. I hope you find the right studio for you though, good luck!
