I think I found another dance class I love!
One of the many things I like about Crunch are the amounts of dance classes they offer. I've been going to hip hop, street jazz, pole dancing. But at the same time that's also my downfall. I like all of them I wish I could take it all consistently! Unfortunately I have to compromise some classes to take other classes.

Did 30 minutes of swinging the golf clubs on Friday. Worked out the core, back, shoulders, and arms.

Muay Thai!!
There is always that hesitation feeling and intimidation right before I head to Muay Thai class. But I know once I push through the first 10 minutes, movements will start to flow naturally and I become at ease again. Today was my 4th time taking the class and I still went through the same feeling. We worked mainly on our kicks and strengthening our legs today.
