Spin and Reformer
Usual Saturday morning - early start Spin class, reformer Pilates, followed by a quick look in the shop windows of Bondi Junction. I LOVE saturday mornings.

First Ever Bikram
A cold snap has hit Sydney along with torrential downpours for a week.
What better way to get the feeling of the tropics than a Bikram Yoga class.
I was VERY nervous before taking on the challenge but the instructor, Alison, made me feel welcome.
I loved the heat but I can tell I might get bored with the Bikram sequence.

Boot camp Boxing with Miss Kim - 6am is still a tough start.
Mixed soccer season started again - a quick 30 mins around the pitch with the black and white ball. Result 1-1. Not great but not Bad.

After the stair run workout this morning and with the knowledge it may happen again at bootcamp tomorrow... I was in need of a good stretch. My usual Tuesday night yoga class has ended for the term so I had to go it alone.

My favourite is yoga for runners which does some great hamstring stretching aswell as some hip opening flows.

Bootcamp this morning was difficult ...after a long weekend and the introduction of daylight saving.
The trainer took advantage of the dark to lead us to the ultimate butt workout - stair runs.

Bobbi (with an i) Pole Studio
A hen's party took me to Bobbi's Pole Dancing Studio in Sydney last night.
After an hour and half of demonstrations from Gypsy, our Australian Pole Dancing champion 2008 we were swinging our hips, climbing the pole and performing perfected body rolls.
The tricep, thigh and ab workout was unbelievable - they run weekly classes...hmmm maybe I will sign up to perfect my techniques???

Friday 6am after 4 mornings of booty camp ... Spin class was not inviting. MJ cranked the stereo and I spun away to start the day.
