Social Workout

something smelled in yoga today   don't know what/who it was and I hope it wasn't me, but something/someone smelled like an old liver paté sandwich in yoga class today. It wasn't awful, just kind of weird and funky. Sorry guys, but you usually smell worse than the gals, so please think about that before class and get prepped.

my butt hurts   yes, my butt hurts. I love it! I thought about taking the day off today, but I decided for hot yoga and it was not easy or enlightening but I got a much need stretch and cleared out some stress.
