The Butt Bible, Its like a pushup I've been doing the Butt Bible for a couple of days, and I hurt so good! The workout is made up of general calisthenics like squats, lunges, butt bridges, and leg lifts. As I began I didn't think it was going to do the trick, or hurt at all. I was wrong. Its really great! After a couple days I already feel results!

yucky, sweaty, procrastination to the HW due for tonight's class. Having been inspired by other social workout peers (by no means pressured) and by the fact that I will hit a milestone sometime next year, the Million Minute Month seems like a good way to keep myself motivated. This past week I have been sweaty and disgusting as I work out at home to old taebo DVDs. While I should be doing HW, high kicks and uppercuts win out.
Not Firm Woman Seeks Firmness by Doing The Firm Back to conditioning and weight training, AGAIN. I can hop around like a bunny all day but if I really want to lose some weight and not blow a knee out it's gonna take some weights. So this morning we popped in one of the FIRM DVD series just to get started. I'm hoping to do this three times a week along with a daily walk of 30 minutes. Wish me luck.
Feeling good, until my body test on the Wii fit I work in a Veterinary clinic and weigh myself in on the scale once a week or so. I hopped on and according to the scale I was down a total of 12 lbs and down about 3 since my last weigh in.
Nothing like some Super Hula Hoop Spent some time getting to know the Wii fit again. My husband just had surgery and is one armed so he hopped on for a bit-I had not choice but to follow suit and take back my 1st place standings! Got in a few more squats and push ups too.
