4-0 For the Week in Racquetball I played another hour of racquetball last night after work. It was so much fun. My left hip finally stopped bothering me (I'm thinking it started in the first place because I'm a lefty so most of my swinging on Tuesday was on that side) so I decided to do another Challenge Court at the Y.
Chest, Back and Yoga I added to some of my Feralicious totals tonight. I did 60 pushups tonight; a set of 20 clapping, 20 diamond and 20 normal ones. I also did some squats at home; 2 sets of 25. Other than that, I did a normal chest and back routine and followed it with an hour of yoga where it looked like I was the only one who was able to do a headstand without using the wall. *smirk*
Back, Chest & Yoga Yep, that about sums it up. Did a couple more sets of pull-ups and some sit-ups and push-ups to add to my feats total. And then I had an hour of yoga.
Shoulders and Legs I had a pretty good shoulder and leg workout this evening. For good measure I did some dips, pull-ups and leg raises as well to work on some of my feat totals.
Aaaand I'm Off On the Feralicious Challenge...Finally. I was a little rusty, but this evening's workout wasn't too bad. I did a full upper body workout (except for the shoulders which are still causing me a little bit of pain) followed by an hour of yoga.
Chest, Back and Yoga 40 minutes of chest and back and 60 minutes of yoga.
20th Workout!!! Meh, it wasn't too spectacular. I was mostly training a buddy of mine on biceps and triceps, but I got in enough sets of my own for it to count. Yay.
Chest and Back, 1000s Done and Yoga It was an alright workout. I knocked out the final 100 pushups and 300 crunches to finish up with the 1000s Feat. I'm not gonna get 10 feats, but I knew that awhile ago. I'll get Stand Up though and I should get my 20th workout in tomorrow while I'm training a friend of mine.
Bis, Tris and Legs Yep, the title pretty much said it all. Plus I did another 100 pushups which brings me up to 900 of those. And 700 crunches. I'll be finishing up my 1000s probably tomorrow. Forgive the lameness, but my workouts have been kind of lame lately as far as nothing exciting happening.
Quickie Post 40 minutes of chest and back including 50 Bosu ball pushups and 50 regular ones bringing my total number of pushups up to 700.
My Legs Hurt Too Much to Think of an Exciting Title to Put Here Last night, I did my first real leg workout in months---since I started practicing yoga actually. I thought with all the stretching I've been doing via warriors and sun salutations I would be okay today. I. Was. Wrong. Ouch.
Weights/Cardio/Relaxation Nothing particularly special about the workout. 30 minutes of weights followed by 30 minutes on some sort of Stride machine, the name of which I am unsure.
