Clean. Clean. Clean. Workout! Th. Another rainy, cold, crappy day. Who wants to get up and work out when you can feel the house shaking from the wind and hear the frigid rain pelting the roof? Bleh.
Ouch, still sore. :( Tu. Morning workout, 38:35. The regular warmup, followed by the "Work Your Butt Off" workout. Stretches, then 5 sun salutes. My shoulders and back are still sore from the other day. Evening workout, circuit at Tabor, 60 minutes.
Worst. Workout. Ever. :( Su. Morning workout starting with Tai Chi warmup and 2-minute cardio followed by routine, 25:00. Really, one of the worst workouts I've ever done. It was an ab workout, but all the moves hurt either my lower back or my shoulders. I only did 2 sets, then crumpled up the paper and threw it on the fire. Won't be doing that one again.
CLX Push Circuit 3 Haven't posted in a while although i have been working out. Today I did CLX Push Circuit 3 and No Om Zone Lower Body Yoga. Really had to talk myself into working out today but I am enjoying my results for sure! I hit the 30 lbs loss mark today! Yahoo!
Wii workout with Kophelia We've instituted a healthy living and fitness initiative! So we've been (sort of) getting up to go running in the morning and eating more fresh foods. Last night was laundry night so while that was doing, she and I did some Wii boxing. She boxed my ass! I don't know what I'm doing wrong! But it was an awesome workout regardless! "Fast & furious!" W. Morning workout, 34:33. Tai Chi warmup, 2-minute cardio. "Fast & furious" workout (part 2), 3 sets @ 30 seconds each: 1) weighted step ups, 2) weighted lunges, 3) mountain jumpers (hate those), 4) mountain climbers, 5) dumbbell alternating shoulder presses, and 6) V sit ups. Energy! Lots of it!! Tu. Morning workout, 30:03. Tai Chi warmups, 2-minute cardio. "Tone up with free weights" workout, 3 sets @ 30 seconds each: 1) fit ball chest presses, 2) fit ball bent-over rows, 3) barbell cleans, 4) barbell push presses, 5) dumbbell front swings, and 6) weighted Russian twists on the fit ball.
Back to Square One...yet Determined!! M. Didn't time it, but around about 30-minute workout. Forgot my Tai Chi warm up. That's what happens when you're out of practice.
Million minutes still??? Guess I was a little bored with this one, I haven't updated in a while. But..since it is still here..I made a goal this week of 60 minutes each day so I've updated this week through today. There wasn't a damn thing exciting about my workout. Oh yeah, I rebounded in the apartment away from home for 40 minutes while watching E! News. So ridiculous but at least I did something. Then I did 100 situps before the Kardasian stupidity came on and I called it a night and turned off the tv.
Painting the Bathroom All day. Lots of sweat. Sweet bathroom, though!
CLX Wow. Haven't posted for a while but I have been working out. This am did CLX Burn Circuit 2 and Stretch 10 from Turbo Fire. I am picking up the Turbo Fire/CLX rotation at week three. This is my 4th week doing CLX so last week of Burn Circuit workouts. Yeah! Plan to do a Zumba workout in a few hours to get some extra cardio in.
CLX Cardio Day AM: Did CLX Burn Intervals. Didn't try the sumo burpees and felt bummed out afterwards that I didn't even make the attempt. Get anxious about these but I've been doing plenty of things I never thought I would be able to do so I will try this. I asked someone for some advice about modifying as well (even more so than the person in the workout) so maybe I will try that.
Zumba toning Great workout this morning. So cool to see how my moves are improving.
Getting ready for CLX Did Zumba 20 min workout and then did fit test for Chalene Extreme, which I will start next week.
Oldie but goodie Today did Kathy Smith cardio boxing. Haven't done this in a good long time and it was great. More drill oriented.

Pump up the jam! Had a weird week re: exercise. Got a little distracted by other people's attitudes and missed some workouts. I did TJ Punch, Kick and Jam, which I haven't done in a long time and wondered why don't I do this workout more often?! It is less dancy than most TJ workouts and was a nice change of pace. Trying to get myself ready for TurboFire!
30 minutes of yoga was all I could get in, but I got it in works a shit storm. getting packed and hair cut and such in prep for a barn wedding this weekend. once all done my neck was killing and i know its the need for a good stretch- so tired eyed i did 30 minutes of apartment yoga, it was greatly needed. so heading to the midwest for a wedding this weekend, anyone have a good running route downtown Indianapolis?
