Bis and Tris 35 minutes of bis and tris
Deja Vu Do you remember the last workout I posted? Yeah, it was exactly like that except this time I added 20 minutes of cardio as well. :o)
Weights I was gonna go to Hot Yoga at the Y, but unfortunately, an errand I had to run after work took too long and there was no way I could have made it in time. Instead, I went to the Y around the corner from me and did an hour of weights.
20th Workout of the Challenge: Victory is Mine. Mwuhahahahaha! Woot! 20 workouts for the month of October! Yay! 1.5 hours of weight training 20 minutes in the sauna
18th Workout of the Challenge: Because I Had To Ugh. I really didn't want to workout today, due to continued soreness from yoga and soccer yesterday. But I did just so I wouldn't blow my chance at 20 workouts this month. It was uninspiring, but it counts. I did 30 minutes of weights followed by 10 minutes in the sauna.
16th Workout of the Challenge: Pumping Iron... ...minus the steroids and the marijuana use. Also, fewer Austrians. Tonight I did an hour long weight workout similar to what I did the last time followed by some core and light cardio finished off with 20 minutes in the sauna. 2x16, 1x12 (8 and 6 per arm) bicep curls; 45 lbs. 3x8 per arm, 1 arm overhead tricep press 30 lbs.
15th Workout of the Challenge: Meh With a Side of Heat Please I was sooooo not wanting to work out tonight, but as I'm going out of town for almost 3 days and probably won't be able to get a workout in, I pretty much had to to have any shot at hitting 20 workouts this month.
8th Workout of the Challenge: ARMS-AGEDDON!!! Meh, it actually wasn't that exciting, but I like to punch things up a bit on occasion. :o)
2nd Workout of the Challenge: Upper Body Routine of Doom Having discovered that the YMCAs around Nashville are actually open on Sundays, I decided to get a workout in after I got home from church.
