Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.   Ferris Bueller had the right idea. On Tuesday, Lululemon and Flywheel hosted the first annual Ditch Day, on the agenda? Escaping the city for Sag Harbor, a kick-ass Flywheel spinning class followed by a vinyasa yoga class at their studio out there before being spirited away to the Flywheel house for food, drinks and lounging by the pool all afternoon.
