Social Workout

Bringing Up the Weak Links   Incline bench pressing sucks, but that in itself is a reason to do more of it. A test run at the beginning of the week put me at a meager 65# for five, so naturally I did what any cautious, easy-going gym rat would do... I tried to do more. Today, along with the psychological assistance of my trusty spotter/training partner, I squeezed out 95# for three. Twice. A new personal record! =]
