I think this one just might be my favorite. I love trees and I love this pose. But how am I going to remember to do it every day?

Omg so easy. My boss always makes fun of me and calls me out to other people because in random meetings or conference calls I break out in tree pose, folding one leg over the other and just stand there, talking, like it's normal.
Apparently it's not.

I have done this at a few parties, while taking down christmas, and while waiting in line at the grocery store.
