Feat
Holiday Spirited
It would be nice if we were all very charitable all year long, but let's say you were really busy over the summer, and skipped the Food Serving feat during the Eat.Sweat.Blog. challenge. No problem! The holidays are the time of the year set aside for giving. So nows your time to cross that item off your to do list. To complete this feat, you might volunteer at your local food bank, (or an organization like City Harvest); or track down a charity walk, run, swim, bike, or hike to join. Or create your body-related independent charity project.

Volunteered at friends' 5k they organized this past weekend - proceeds to benefit pediatric cancer research. Instead of running in it, this time we helped with the hot chocolate for runners post-race.

Coordinated our family's donation efforts to one of our favorite local charities. Dropped off the goods on Saturday, quite a haul. The true meaning of the season. I appreciate the reminder.
