Box on Boxing Day
By December 26th, you may need to hit a heavy bag. Best to get away from the family, don gloves, and hit the gym. Or, perhaps try a boxing DVD. Either way, punch something.

My boxing trainer here in SB is hot. He looks like Lance Armstrong. I mean, hot in that 15 years older than me grey hair smile wrinkles yet super fit kind of way.

wish i could have boxed w/ my trainer manny, but my dad got a punching bag for xmas. I definitely used it more than he did, but it was fun to show him some techniques i've learned!
