Seem familiar? Yep: 1,000. No tears. There are a wide variety of situp forms, and we're entirely non-denominational. You may do bicycles, crunches, sit ups a la Marines Phsyical Fitness Test, or your own variant. It just must be something that can be counted in reps, and, of course, machines are a no-no....
