I did the walk in just under 55 minutes, not a very good time. My hip was killing me the whole way. This does not bode well for Paris. Thankfully, my iPod lasted until I got home before it ran out of juice. But now I can get it charged for the long flight over.

Went on vacation with intentions of keeping a semi-regular fitness schedule, but that went out the window. I mean, I was walking about 6 miles/ day, but I don't really see that as counting, but I supposed it does. Taught Yoga in the morning and headed up to the gym with my client. Kali class was 2 on 1 knife defense. I didn't actually fall down. What fell down was a crumb cake, onto the floor, which resulted in all sorts of interesting ways for me to lower down, pick it up, and get back off the floor. With my left leg extended & off the floor the entire time.
