Krystal is a drill sergeant
Today she made me do sprints, shuffles, pushups with mountain climbers, walking lunges with curl and press, and back extensions. And she wouldn't let me take any breaks until I was done the set. I had to do 3 of those. She also made me do hundreds, leg lifts, and the rest I can't remember. It was a really tough session. I was so glad when it was over.
