Social Workout

Yoga in the jungle (with tigers!)   Urbansherpa drank 3, THREE!!! margaritas yesterday evening. For me...that's a lot of tequila! twas fun...but omg headache central today. serotonin sucker, too. Next days are usually days of doom and gloom brain! the cure(s)? tea and kvetching with al. and Dechen Thurman's 4pm yoga class at Jivamukti! and a dinner consisting of breakfast.

today i took a yoga class   i'm so hungryyyyyyyyy!!! day 2 of juicing! day 3 of no solids!!! all good though i have energy and the juice is yummy...time for another! 910am jivamukti yoga with dechen. handstand, forearm stand and head stand. oh and shoulderstand. phew, if my lymphatic system is not completely drained and rejuvenated after all that, i'm not sure what else would do it! :)
