goldfish don't bounce ...but I do! Yet another wonderful evening of trampoline aerobics. Sadly, this is the last private class I get to attend because Skyrobics's popularity is growing and they want to use the time to have another open class. Jen kept sneaking me instructions on how to amp up my workout. I was pretty pooped from not sleeping much since Friday due to staying up late and watchi
my skin burns and itches from that trampoline sort of like having an STD on your knee, I would think. I've never had an STD, but I have a rash on my knee now. Ok, not the same thing at all, I guess.
i bounce through the air with the greatest of ease and frustrate mean ladies with equal ease It had been 6 weeks, but I finally made it back to skyrobics. Took me long enough, I realized how much I'd missed it! Yesterday was supposed to be my day off from training but due to my free-er schedule on Thursday, I think I'm moving it until then. So last night I went to bounce on the trampoline! There were three new women in the class, and they cracked me up. Th
too late to think of something exciting I did skyrobics this evening. It was awesome, and teacher Jen tells me I really need to come to her harder classes. Yay for improvement! I had some thoughts about the difficulty of jumping when you have to pee, only if you even have to pee a little bit, but those thoughts are mostly lost now. Perhaps I'll edit in the morning. Good night, and if you're east coast or
skyrobics Went and jumped around at Skyrobics tonight. I thought I might be too sore from kick box yesterday, but the trampoline has so much give that it's a nice complement to sore muscles. Almost as good as Tiger Balm. Now, to take my sore muscles to the kitchen for some yummy late dinner.
sage advice: if you're going to do front flips, don't land on your head. I've been off skyrobics for 3 weeks, and I was so very happy to go back this evening! My shoulders were totally sore form boot camp yesterday, as I expected.
more skyrobics! I love this class. I say it every week, but I really do! It's so much fun and a great workout. If you live in Boston, LA, or St. Louis, which I think are the other three locations, go check it out. I think your first class is free at all locations. Otherwise, it's pretty inexpensive - less than $10.
skyrobics Back to skyrobics again! I can't believe it's been an entire week. Class was easy this week. Jen was really talkative and said she accidentally let us off easy. But I think next week we're going to go try Moksha together, which should be fun. She's really into Bikram so I'm guessing she'll be about 100 times more flexible than I am.
skyrobics This evening I went off to skyrobics for my class with the chick group I'm in. I hadn't been in three weeks, but I was feeling pretty good from all the cardio work I've been pushing on myself. I'm getting much better at going from trampoline to trampoline without holding back from fear of falling.
Skyrobics+Run I went to Skyrobics on a different day than usual, since this week my private class was "couples only" and my other half has become a lazy dud in the last few months. Turns out, the 7pm Thursday class is much harder than the private class I do! I bet the other girls wouldn't believe me if I told them Jen takes it easy on us each week. Anyhow, the harder class was really great.
