Social Workout

Noticing a pattern...   It feels great to be back in the city after a twelve day break. There is something nice about getting back into a familiar routing after a departure. Ride the Zone on the Upper East Side was a buzz with many loyal clients and some new faces. When I entered the studio I picked up an aura of "post holiday high" and an excitement to be riding again. The pre-class chit chat was lovely.
