
It's dreamy group fitness instructor week in my life
In which this week's "Featured Body," babarbanel, gets lots of individual attention from dreamy yoga instructor Don.
I began my workout with a 5 mile run to get my blood pumping. On today's training schedule, I needed to do a run and strength training. I've found that I far prefer power yoga to lifting weights. With yoga I get not only strength from controlling my own body weight, but a stretch which has made a huge positive difference my running.
For the second day in a row, I get to salivate over my very sexy class instructor. While yesterday I loved Andre for the punishment, Don gets marks for his voice and his ridiculous abs.
