Social Workout

My quest for sweat.   I have to second Sassletic's recent post about the New Years Resolution crowds. phenomenal craziness at the yoga studios and gyms. my experience tonight:

I'm in Love. With Yoga.   5pm Sunday YTTP with Gadi B Sometimes I feel tentative about walking into my "home" studio. I did my TT there, and I love the place. At the same time, I really want to work there but don't :( and there have been groups and groups and groups of new TT's flowing through the studio. Constant new faces. So it sometimes feels less like home. But sometimes I overthink it, eh? 

Yoga to the People, NJ edition. with dog kisses and spastic trumpet accompaniment.   [Our experiment with "promoting" user posts to the front page continues.... ~The Eds.] 630 am. woken by my sister...i open my eyes and see a mountain of fuzzy creatures, their shiny eyes all wide. I'm sleeping in my 7 yr old nieces room with a pile of stuffed animals by my side. Wow, I'm totally the weird city-artist-Aunt and I've come to visit my sisters happy, boisterous (if not ridiculously intense) family in the middle-of-nowhere, NJ.
