Social Workout

The Pretzel, a wonderful snack but an evil exercise....   I was going to cancel out of my Physique class last night but I found out Tanya would be the teacher instead and of course that meant I HAD to go. I love Tanya, she is such an amazing teacher, so good and yet really hard. It was such a great class. I am so glad I went but dang the pretzel section made me think my ass might just fall off.
