Social Workout

A return to P57 after a break...   How nice was it to look at the blue sky today?!? I just kept looking up to enjoy it's brightness... Workouts: 7:30-8:30: Ride the Zone: Marion amazing and sweaty workout. We're killing it with the push ups and side crunches on the bike. And I rode hands free on a climb for two 25 second intervals...it's all core work.
