Social Workout

Accountability is good and Marion will bring it   Funny how one's training can unknowingly be evaluated while changing up a routine. While away over the long weekend, I wanted to keep moving so I laced up my running sneakers. I started on Thursday with a 5 mile run with my dad and finished on Sunday with an 8 mile run. I didn't process how easily I fell back into this because it felt so familar.
