intenSati Warrior Challenge: Day 1   I started the intenSati Rise & Shine Warrior Challenge today, which requires that participants attend four intenSati classes a week, and two of those weekly classes have to be at 6:30am for 16 classes total.  We'll see how those early morning classes go.  In the meantime, I have been granted a free, all-access pass to Equinox this month courtesy of intenSati so I ca
