Social Workout

7 Hours of Hiking and Walking Today!   Loved every second.  I hiked the rambles with the dog  and a friend....friend 1 went home b/c she didn't feel well but friend 2 met me - we did the rambles several times, then did the hills in the Park, walked down to Whole Foods, grocery shopped, walked all the way back home, ate and went back out for an hour with the dog, up some hills....
