easy.    I finally determined that the sore throat and coughing I've been having and that I blamed on Friday and Saturday's delinquency (smoking) is actually a real cold coming on. WTF. So, I decided that even though I wanted to get some movement in, I couldn't push myself too hard. I met Sass (killercadoogan was supposed to come but got screwed by the bus schedule) for Hatha Yoga with Yummy.
