great intro to boxing This class was my first introduction to boxing. Aaron is a great instructor, clearly very knowledgeable and extremely enthusiastic. You can't help but get into it as you count down your drills!
change of plans - from now till december. I started fall semester classes today. Now, the sad side effect of that is that there will be no more Mr. Yummy in my life until the end of December. Is that not the most horrible thing you've ever heard?! Well, I certainly think so. So I knew I couldn't make hot yoga, but I decided I needed to do SOMEthing.

Boxing as a treat! Finally I made it to Aarons Boxing class. I beat out 100 people standing in line because I got out of work early. Well not 100 but I felt special for a moment. VIP as Aaron calls me. Anyways before hitting the treadmill and busting out my cardio before class, I hit the showers. Nothing like being fresh before busting a sweat. I even washed my long beautiful curls.
m26! Heh... my titles don't really lend themselves to excitement but 26 needed something extra!
Goodbye to late night boxing I loved late night boxing with Aaron. 2nd class equals less people more attention towards me!. : ) Listen it was like getting a personal training with Aaron at the cost of Crunch! Aaron is an amazing instructor might I add " I wonder if he is single?" : ) anyways so in June, I will have to rush to crunch an hr before class to fight for a spot in Aarons everlast class. : (. the horror.
C'mon Baby Make It Hurt So Good I'm in pain! It's GREAT! After a wimpy workout Monday, I did 3 friggin' hours of boxing, practicing kicks, sparring with my roommate doing parries and blocks and counters and slides, then taking Aaron's hour+ boxing class.
Spinning then Boxing. Spinning, then boxing. How Literary can I get?! : )
Yes…uhm…I was lounging at the gym I walked over the Crunch Lafayette vaguely enthusiastic about my workout, planning to do cardio and strength training focusing on the legs before the 7:15pm boxing class with Aaron. It started off well enough, with a 20-minute 6.5mph warm-up run. Strangely, it was physically and mentally the best run I’ve had - completely out-of-the-blue-great actually.
