Behind the times
I took the past week off of working out. I didn't do it intentionally...my hot pink bag of gym fun was with me each and every day...but the week was insane, I couldn't get my head above water and try as killercadoogan might to convince me to squeeze in a quick 15 minutes in between meetings, it just didn't come together. So, you may be asking yourself, why are you posting a workout?
