Social Workout

More Ashtanga   Another round of Ashtanga 1.5. Still in love with this class and still a challenge. I think I may have bruised my toe on a clumsy jump out to chaturanga. Need to watch that.  

Ashtanga!   I love the 1.5 hour Ashtanga classes. I can't quite do all the poses, but I'm working on it. 

Beware of a Ukrainian Woman with a Bosu   I had a personal training session at Rich Barretta Private Training with Lyubov Kornilova. She's a three time Ukrainian national fitness champion. She has a fondness for the bosu ball. I have done very little with the bosu, but through my session I learned several balancing acts to tone the lower body and core. It didn't seem like I was doing much, but I felt it for days after.
