where's my motivation?
back at the 'y' after too many days.
did a mile on the track, then aerobics class. foot pain was so severe that i almost left mid-way through. but we were doing a partner activity and i didn't want to ditch my partner, so i persevered. glad i did.
when we got to floor work, i felt my body as unaligned from favoring the foot so much too much.
overall, a good workout.
