Finally felt like I took advantage of my half day friday! I didn't make it to the DMV (maybe next week), but I did run some errands and make it to the gym. I did another interval workout - 30 miin, 1 min intervals, 6:53 min sprints and walks. Then I did some sun salutes to stretch out and add to my total for socialworkout2 because I'm sick of getting daily emails telling me I'

Th. Morning workout, 36:46. Tai Chi warm ups, 2:00 cardio. "Tone up with free weights" workout (part 2), 3 sets @ 30 seconds each: 1) dumbbell one-arm cleans, 2) dumbbell one-arm shoulder presses with shift (not sure if I did these right...couldn't see...don't have a full mirror), 3) barbell step-out lunges, 4) barbell lying tricep extensions, 5)&

W. Morning workout, 34:33. Tai Chi warmup, 2-minute cardio. "Fast & furious" workout (part 2), 3 sets @ 30 seconds each: 1) weighted step ups, 2) weighted lunges, 3) mountain jumpers (hate those), 4) mountain climbers, 5) dumbbell alternating shoulder presses, and 6) V sit ups. M. Didn't time it, but around about 30-minute workout. Forgot my Tai Chi warm up. That's what happens when you're out of practice.

New explosive moves at Tabor
Tu. 30 minutes of Shred followed by 5 sun salutes.
Brekky: Bircher muesli. Lunch: homemade tuna patties and cottage cheese on rice cakes. Snack: small bowl of beans and rice. Pre-workout: coffee shake.
One hour circuit at Tabor. HARD! Lots of plyometrics! WOW! Ouch.

TH. 30 minutes of 30-Day Shred plus 5 sun salutes.
Brekky: Bircher muesli with banana and berries. Lunch: bean soup with rye bread at Madigan's. Lots of beer at the pub. Dinner: 2 lentil patties on rice cakes, some cottage cheese and a palmful of raw almonds. A couple glasses of red.

After last week's dismal workout tally, and the chocolate-fueled follies of yesterday, I've decided that things are going to change around here, madam!

M. Billy Blanks' Tae Bo Flex Express DVD, ~20 minutes. A bit too easy...hardly broke a sweat. 3 x 15 situps, pushups, and squats. 5 sun salutes.

Fighting the mozzies--mozzies win.
Th. 10:45 walk/run/sprint (2:14:01). Tai Chi warmups, then 3 x 12 situps, squats and pushups. 2:00 prone bridge. 5 sun salutes.
Crazy day today...lots of clients, lots of running around. :~/
