Su. I did a lot of housework today, and squats in the laundry room. Probably totalled about 90 minutes of misc. activity.
Drank loads of beer afterward. ;)

Sa. I had time for about 30 minutes of J. Michaels' "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism" DVD. Lots of housework today...and laundry. Numberless squats and leg back raises during spin cycles. :)
Party tonight...so I'll be snacking and drinking a fair bit. ;)

I Hate The Weatherman. Or, Tomorrow Is Going To Make Or Break Me
So.. Tomorrow's the big day. I was hoping to have crossed the finish line by now but I've got a few things to cross of my list. Until last week, I thought I'd been pretty diligent with this challenge. I started out measured and strong. I made a plan and I stuck to it.

I feel like crap.
I've had a headache all day long. I can't tell if it's a migraine or from caffeine deprivation.
Started the day with squats. Did pull ups and dips again today. Same as yesterday, but I struggled a bit. Might have been because the headache was coming on. Did a Ride class with Rihanna today. I say this because Carl played Rihanna for 45 minutes. Nothing else.

Flirting with "slow-carb" meals.
M. Billy Blanks' Tae Bo Flex Express DVD, ~20 minutes. A bit too easy...hardly broke a sweat. 3 x 15 situps, pushups, and squats. 5 sun salutes.

Another ascent up the mount
Th. 44:14 climb up Mt. Rouse from my house ending at Madigan's. 3 x 15 sit ups, squats, and push ups. Tai Chi practice, 1 1/2 hr.

I'm going to keep doing my 40 situps and 40 pushups a day (and 90 squats every 2 days) for the forseeable future, because I'm getting stronger, seeing progress, and I don't want to stop! M. 11:04 walk/run/sprints (2:13:43). Tai Chi warmups followed by 3 x 12 situps, squats, pushups. 2:00 prone bridge. Morning workout, 3 sets @ 15 seconds each: lateral squat jumps, kicker push-ups, mountain climbers, glute bridge leg lifts, alternating plank lifts and a combo of single-leg lateral hop & single-leg forward reach (courtesy of Underground Fitness).

Th. Got some catching up to do...with posts, anyway. Work had a hold on me, keeping me away from the very beloved SW. ;(
