Th. 44:14 climb up Mt. Rouse from my house ending at Madigan's. 3 x 15 sit ups, squats, and push ups. Tai Chi practice, 1 1/2 hr.

M. 11:04 walk/run/sprints (2:13:43). Tai Chi warmups followed by 3 x 12 situps, squats, pushups. 2:00 prone bridge. Morning workout, 3 sets @ 15 seconds each: lateral squat jumps, kicker push-ups, mountain climbers, glute bridge leg lifts, alternating plank lifts and a combo of single-leg lateral hop & single-leg forward reach (courtesy of Underground Fitness).

Th. Got some catching up to do...with posts, anyway. Work had a hold on me, keeping me away from the very beloved SW. ;(

A Lazy Sunday.
Su. Slept-in this morning. BBQ @ the Hamilton Beach, I guess for "Harmony Day", but with the daughter's Tae Kwon Do group. While the kids played games I slipped away for a 35-or-so-minute power walk around the lake. Stopped at one of the playgrounds and gave a pullup a go (zero, still, yet my negetive pullup seems much slower, stronger and more controlled--if anything!),

Tu. Kept hitting the snooze for a full hour. I wish the time change would happen already! I'm tired of the late daybreak.
