On Friday morning, I did one of the most crazy and intense workouts I've ever done in my life. The SoCal Crossfit Sectional workouts had just been announced and my coach wanted us to test it out, partly because he wanted to strategize his plan for the games, and partly because he wanted to see if anybody would throw up.
