Baldwin, Brooke, and Bon Jovi Spinning in the Hamptons
Friday of Labor Day weekend, and it's time to check in once again on the intense Hamptons spinning scene. Always interesting to see which celebs have that masochistic spinning gene. Well, my people report spotting Alec Baldwin, Aerin Lauder, Sean Avery, John Bon Jovi and SNL producer Marci Klein pumping away at Ride the Zone in East Hampton, while Tory Burch and Brooke Shields hang out at SoulCycle in Bridgehampton. Oh, to be in spin class with Baldwin! All that pent up aggression. And Bon Jovi? Amazing the man has still got it in him! No word yet on A-listers at upstart studio (B)East, but, despite all the drama, we've been hearing good things from the Amagansett crowd.

Sunday Spin with Marion (and Chelsea)
As promised, Social Workout made the pilgrimmage to SoHo at 10 A.M. on Sunday morning to spin with Marion, much-loved founder of Zone Hampton, (recently re-branded Ride the Zone.) ZoneHampton Is Now Ride The Zone
Semi-breaking: Zone Hampton, pure play spin studio that is growning beyond its chic chic roots, has re-branded itself Ride the Zone. K. points out that the new Ride web site is now live, and features a "hot" video of founder Marion spinning on a moving spin bike. Huh?
Yes, if you're out of the loop, spin manufacturer RealRyder has introduced a line of spin cycles that pivot from side to side, mimicking the motion of an actual bicycle. Word is it's cool, and especially cool to take a class on the new bike with Marion. That'll run you a cool $30 for a drop in, but some of us just signed up for the Sunday matinee in SoHo.
