When I discovered what may have caused the anxiety in the first place
W. Rain, so I chickened-out. No walk/run this morning. I'd planned to maybe fit in a workout at home, but I was called in by work for meetings and couldn't find the time.

As long as the meals are small and frequent, I'm good. :)
W. Slept in again, so no morning workout. :( Busy day, as my Wednesdays usually are.... Taught the oldies fitness class in town, 20 minutes. Thump at the hall, 60 minutes. WOW! Good and sore from that!

M. Rain. Slept in. Taught the oldies fitness class, 60 minutes. Climbed the mount, 40 minutes. Yoga with Frank Jesse, 90 minutes.

M. 11:04 walk/run/sprints (2:13:43). Tai Chi warmups followed by 3 x 12 situps, squats, pushups. 2:00 prone bridge. Morning workout, 3 sets @ 15 seconds each: lateral squat jumps, kicker push-ups, mountain climbers, glute bridge leg lifts, alternating plank lifts and a combo of single-leg lateral hop & single-leg forward reach (courtesy of Underground Fitness).

W. 37:08. Tai Chi warmups. 3 sets of 12: situp on the fit ball, weighted squats, and pushups (knee). 1:00 prone bridge. Morning workout, 3 sets @ 1 minute each: core climbers, leg lowers, lunges, & band rows. 5 sun salutes.

W. 10:19 walk/run/sprints (2:17:26). Tai Chi warmups. Morning workout: (don't laugh) 20 minutes of Billy Blanks' Tae Bo Get Celebrity Fit Cardio DVD. 5 sun salutes.

W. Quick morning workout, 1 set @ 45 seconds each: planks with hip flexion, leaning tower, four-point kneel, bridge with single leg lift, side bridges, and dead bug (lol). Five sun salutes.

M. Morning workout: just a one hour power walk around town.
Co-taught the older adult fitness class before noon.
Evening workout: Pump, one hour.
One word: BICEPS!
